The radical Pakistani Islamist leader Hafiz Saeed has been assigned a bounty of 10 million dollars. The Pakistani Outlaw is suspected to be the mastermind behind a recent attack on Mumbai, India’s trading capital. He recently slipped past police to speak at an Anti-U.S. rally in Pakistan’s capital, Islamabad. The US government has gotten involved, and was welcomed by the Indian external affairs minister. This leader is known for notorious acts, and the group he created known as the LeT, one of the largest islamist military groups in South Asia. His capture has been one of India’s top priorities for a long time.
